Not content with running Bicester Motion-based charity StarterMotor, general manager Steve Cootes is raising money for Movember by joining the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on Sunday 18 May.

StarterMotor boss to raise funds on two wheels

Steve Cootes joins Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

The international event will feature around 100,000 suited and booted riders, all taking part in organised events in more than 100 countries from Andorra to Vietnam.

Launched in Sydney in 2012 and inspired by Don Draper of Mad Men, the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has so far raised more than $50m. Since 2016, the run has supported Movember to aid its work raising awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.
